Consultancy

My approach to consulting is collaborative and partnership-driven. We’ll work together to design a tailored consultation proposal built around your organisation’s unique needs and aspirations. There are typically three key stages:
1. Inquiry and Analysis - we’ll work together to agree the scope of the consultation before taking a deep dive into your organisation, gathering qualitative and quantitative data, observing practices and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
2. Solution-Focused Problem Solving - we’ll examine insights and feedback from stage one to identify the organisational strengths, challenges, and strategic opportunities to develop the conditions for optimal performance built on a person-centric culture. At this stage we create a strategic, actionable wellbeing plan.
3. Training - whether focusing on leadership mindsets, developing relational approaches, creating a wellbeing centered culture or managing burnout we’ll work together to deliver the right professional learning to the right people at the right time.

1:1 Burnout support

These individual sessions are designed to offer space and time to work on personal wellbeing with support which blends coaching and mentoring approaches. You’ll be supported to self-reflect, examine stressors and identify strategies for wellbeing while exploring practical advice, insights and shared experiences.
